A closer look at Jen’s background:
Jennifer Flaisher is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Dispatch Bio, cultivating a culture where individuals can grow, do their best work and focus on their mission to develop novel cell therapies to cure cancer. Previously, Jen was Chief People Officer at Spark Therapeutics, where she had responsibility for Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Corporate Communications and Community Engagement.
Jen holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Villanova.
She has been a board member of WGGB since 2018 and also serves on the Board of Philadelphia Life Science Cares. Jen is also a member of Lllanerch Country Club, and lives with her husband and two children in Ardmore, PA.
